With our impassioned and competent employees, we have been brewing speciality beers for beer-lovers and connoisseurs since 1598. The quality of the princely art of brewing was shaped over many years by maintaining our consciousness of the obligation arising from a long tradition. The awareness of this obligation has lasted until today.

Crafted on the basis of a closely guarded, centuries-old Family recipe and conditioned to full maturity in our old vaulted cellars. Full of character and eminently drinkable. Your daily companion for the enjoyable moments in life.
FÜRST WALLERSTEIN WEISSBIER ORIGINAL HELLES
A refreshing wheat beer with subtle yeast aromas, tasty with a hearty snack or a festive meal. With its spicy and light fruity notes, this naturally cloudy, golden yellow beer makes an aromatic companion.
FÜRST WALLERSTEIN EXPORT ORIGINAL
A bottom-fermented export beer brewed with 12.5% original gravity. A golden yellow, mouth-filling, smooth and well-balanced beer, to be enjoyed in convivial company or when relaxing at the end of the day.

FÜRST WALLERSTEIN 1598 EDITION CUVÈE
“1598” is an exclusive indulgence, and was once the private house brew of the Princely House and its guests. Only once a year, this unique house brew is set up by hand under the personal supervision of His Serene Highness, The Hereditary Prince, and filled into a limited number of bottles. This amber-coloured beer has a smooth and mild structure with diverse aromatic notes of berries and cherries.
1598 is enjoyed as an aperitif or a wonderful accompaniment to goose liver, smoked fish and all venison dishes.
FÜRST WALLERSTEIN WINTERBÖCKLE
A dark double bock beer brewed according to traditional recipes and only for the winter season. A high original gravity of 19.5% and a cuvée of dark malt and special malts promise an unforgettable taste. Rich in flavour, malty dark and endowed with the fragrance of hops.
FÜRST WALLERSTEIN LANDSKNECHT
Naturally dark in colour, this a typical Bavarian dark lager (cellar beer) with a concentrated malty aroma and intense flavour. Yet it’s easy to drink and not too heavy. Our traditional dark beer for your enjoyment.
